Nanette, I would contact HSLDA and get their opinion.
My guess is that they will suggest for you simply to submit the exemption for the immunizations without sending in record of the specific immunizations you gave your children. The reason is that many educators and health officials canīt imagine that we could change our minds about immunizations over time. Nor can they imagine that parents could research this issue and agree that some immunizations are wise to give our children while believing that other immunizations should not be given because of their potential harm, should not be given on the governments schedule, have grave religious concerns over how they are made, etc. Many people believe giving immunizations is an all or nothing deal.
