I have a 14 yo daughter who is attending public school in a very good school district in Mont. co. and she is doing very poorly. I have met with the school/teachers several times this year, and they feel she is just too social and essentially lazy. If I work closely with her, she makes A´s and B´s, if not, pretty much F´s. I´m terribly worried that she is not learning and will just continue to get behind. They don´t seem to have an answer so I´m thinking of homeschooling her. I´m worried about the social aspect of homeschooling. I can´t seem to find any homeschoolers around her age in my area. We had her repeat 7th grade which has just been a waste.
