AP on line courses

My daughter is a PHAA Diploma student who will be entering 11th grade. She is seriously considering two AP courses. The AP US History and AP English Literature. I have two questions, does the AP English course fully cover the requirements for English for a PHAA Diploma or will she have to do anything extra? Would both of these courses be too much for a very conscientious student? Thank you
