Mistey, I would recommend Considering Godīs Creation by Smith & Mortimer. It is really fun and can be used over again but with more in depth study. Itīs set up so that several grades can use it. My guys loved it and they were a little older. Oh, and thereīs little preparation required - the best part!
Since we didnīt do too much in history that young, I just picked and chose from Abekaīs curr. and you can use the Mini pages from the newspaper if your paper has them, or better yet -use story books from the library.
One thing that helps me is looking through what is for sale on the vegsource.com site. They have a homeschool section that people can buy and sell their homeschool items. I love just looking at what people have used -- Iīve gotten some great ideas from there!
