I believe it is up to the district unless there has been a change in the law lately. We spend many months going to board meetings to get approval for the kids to take one class. For Tech Programs weīve tried working it backwards by having the college tell them that our students are allowed in the program, but it didnīt work either as the problem is money. Someone has to pay for the tech program. If the student is enrolled the school gets funding for them and can pay the college. If they are not enrolled the school gets no funds for that student. Canīt you enroll and go part-time?
