I have a 10th grader in Philadelphia, in addition to younger children. Our experience has been mixed, mainly because they donīt know the HS law as well as we do! The Phila School District is notorious for its bureaucracy, unfortunately. With whom do you file? Itīs a different person depending on the region you live in. I have tried to be friendly/sociable on the phone with people, because from personal experience Iīve seen this works better.
