You can start homeschooling right away. You just need to file a home education affidavit to start. Full info on how to do that can be found in our Guide to PA Homeschool Law which is $4.95. Just click on "Enter Store" on the sidebar and then "Our Publications."
In order to get credits you will have to complete enough work to do so. Your evaluator will determine that in conjunction with the standards of one of the home education organizations whose diplomas are recognized by the PA Department of Education.
